Culture is an umbrella term which encompasses the social behavior and norms found at Accel Consulting Group LLC.  Ours is a combination of 3 concepts: 1. Leadership, 2. Teamwork & Interactions, and 3. Individual Employee Behavior.  Accel Consulting Group LLC has created an infrastructure designed specifically to foster an agile & innovative working environment which enhances productivity for our clients.

Leadership is pivotal in creating and maintaining a thriving, innovative, working environment. Accel Consulting Group LLC is committed to leading a fair and equitable working environment focused on unparalleled productivity.  We host a quarterly "Ideas for Productivity Improvement" competition and present monetary awards for the winner, as well as for each implemented idea which results in increased productivity.  Accel Consulting Group values employees ideas, as they will pave the way toward our future & our customers' progress.
